Like any show in Vegas, the only dress code is that you should wear some clothes.
Seriously there will be people dressy, but more people very casual. Jeans, shorts, and t-shirts are not uncommon. Dress up as much as you want to make it a special occasion for you. Just try not to get upset if you have a group that looks like they just came in from jogging next to you.

so true...when we went to see Phantom I wore dressy clothes. We went down to the casino early and could see the people standing in line wearing everything from shorts & T Shirts to evening gowns. Being raised in Florida which has a widespread no-shoes policy (jk) I've always personally been uncomfortable in dressy clothes, so I hopped back up to the room and put on my best jeans with a nice shirt. I was much more comfy and enjoyed the show more than if I would have had to sit there all prettied-up. And I didn't feel out of place at all with the jeans on.

Where whatever you feel comfortable in, but you might want to take a jacket/sweater just in case the showroom is cold. I just saw Phantom and was glad I had long sleeves on, it was quite chilly. We saw both Phantom and Love last week and interestingly enough the Phantom audience was much more dressed up then the Love audience was.
