Ceasers palace or Venetian

Which one would you pick and why if it would be about same price per night?

Probably Venetian, simply because the rooms are bigger.

Depends on where you're spending most of your time.

The rooms are nicer at the Venetian. The spa, managed by Canyon Ranch is nicer at the Venetian. The shops in the Forum are nicer at Ceasars. I would rate both casinos as a push. You could argue that the headline entertainment at Ceasars with either Celine or Elton has the edge on Venetian. The cool bars, Tao and Pure are also a push. For my money, I would stay at the Venetian.

You seem to be experiencing an approach-approach conflict: a situation of indecision and vacillation when an individual is confronted with two equally attractive alternatives. If you throw in another great hotel option, you will find yourself experiencing an approach-approach-approach conflict.

They're both great hotels. However, I prefer The Venetian, specifically the size of the rooms and the decor. I also like having immediate access to a couple of my favorite Vegas places, Bouchon (amazing food) and Canyon Ranch Spa. The shopping is better at Caesar's, but it's really easy to just pop across the street to the Forum Shops.

Have fun!

agreed, I like the Venetian better. The rooms are magnificent and the ambiance just seems nicer to me.

The rooms at the Venetian may be nicer than some rooms at Caesar's but they are not nicer nor bigger than the Augustus Tower rooms. If the price per night is the same and you can book into the Augustus Tower, I would pick that over the Venetian. Either would be a good choice, however.

We've never stayed at The Bellagio, but have always been happy with the rooms at The Venetian. We'll be there in mid May and am looking forward to the trip.

I've stayed at both. I'd pick The Venetian, for the rooms. Caesars complex is big and fun, but the room was nothing special.

given a chice betwen the two - venetian - but having stayed now at Bellagios - I would not stay anywhere else. Ceasers has great shopping but you can always go there for shopping. I do like to gamble at Caesers however - seems more of a tradition.

I have stayed at both and pick The Venetian hands down. If you are young, early to mid twenties, you might like Ceasars better for the action.

There is absolutely no comparison between the rooms and bathrooms. The Venetian is luxury! I will always stay there if I can.

I was pleasantly amazed at one of the pools at the Venetian which was only for lying in lounge chairs in the water. Very relaxing!
