Please don't post all in caps. It means you are shouting.

Check out reviews of the hotel on www.tripadvisor.com.

It's ok..location is great but Pacific Beach is filled with college kids drinking all over the place along with tons of bars, homeless people and tattoo places..not so bad in the winter but it can be crazy during the summer..if you are 30 years or less, then I say you picked the right place.

Go to La Jolla..
Hotel La Jolla has great web deals and the free shuttle to the village is perfect so you can eat and drink without driving!
Go to George's on the Cove and eat on the terrace..outstanding food and views too.
Grande Colonial Hotel is fab and perfect location..try expedia too.
