"I prefer booking a car service instead of waiting for a cab or shared airport shuttles. What's good thing about it is that your car waits for as soon as you jump of your plane plus a chauffeur who's willing to assist you with your luggage. You don't have to wait for available cab."
that is only true if you book a meet-and-greet which is more expensive than the "regular" service. The regular service means you call them when you get your bags, and then wait outside until they pull up. We had an issue with them a month ago - it took 30 minutes from first call to arrival, despite three calls.
