Birdie-I've been wanting to try La Yaca, especially since my favorite french bistro in VB closed earlier this year.

I'm not a big fan of any of the places mentioned. Capital Grille is over-priced & in CLT too pricey for what you get in my book (& too crowded, & too pretentious). Mortons = quantity over quality. Ruth Chris' is hit or miss. Sullivans woiuld be my choice for steakhouse type chains. Although I am (admittedly) not a big chain restaurant goer.
