I don't know what your budget is, but we've had some wonderful stays at Chatham Bars Inn. My husband's firm holds conferences there every summer, so they definitely have the capability to do weddings, etc. The accomodations, especially the cottages down on the beach are extraordinary. Last year, his firm had a clambake on the beach. It was tented in case of rain, and everyone had a fantastic time. Food generally is OK-good, drinks are excellent.

In terms of activities, Chatham Bars has a decent beach, pool, tennis, and golf. The town, which is full of restaurants, shops, and tourists (!) is only about a ten minute walk. It's a really lovely place to spend a few days, especially if you get decent weather.

Popponesset Inn in very nice with good food www.newseabury.com . It is waterfront in New Seabury (mid-Cape area).

The Wequassett Inn www.wequassett.com on Pleasant Bay on the Harwich/Chatham line is good too.

Meant to add that I have attended weddings at both places and thought they were lovely.
