Cape Cod limousine service - do not use this one
Just a warning not to use the service 1-800-LIMOS-TO-Logan, which is advertised on www.limostologan.com. The prices they calculate on their internet pages do not reflect what they will charge. On top of this they add automatically a 20% tip, an 8.9% fuel charge and toll charges even though no toll is paid on the trip. They promissed to come at a given time with a child booster seat, but came much earlier so to fit in another fare for themselves and without the seat. They then offered to use our own seat and return it in a few days at no charge, and following the trip, wrote to demand $95 to return the seat which they have still not returned. All correspondance with them is answered by them with obsenities and lies. They operate out of Hyannis and have appeared under other names such as Kings Coach. Do not use!!

Anytime a person begins her/his posting with a blast at a specific company, we long-time posters have to wonder if this is (1) a competitor trying to ruin another business, (2) someone who failed to check the print or ask simple questions ("Does this quoted charge include the tip?"), (3) someone who paid for a hot dog and is upset that he didn't get a steak, or (4) a truly wronged customer. Because we have no way of knowing, we tend to ignore these rants.

I'd be very surprised if no toll is paid when going between Cape Cod and Logan Airport, as they will almost certainly use a tunnel (Sumner, Callahan, or Ted Williams) in their travels. There's a charge for all of them, if memory serves, and much transport going to the airport these days uses an electronic smart pass or some such instead of stopping at the toll booth to pay in cash.

Yeah, but nothing he said is a surprise. Limo fees from the Cape to Logan are outrageous.
You can do a one way rental from Hyannis airport to Logan for far, far less than any car service or taxi.
The OP is wrong about the toll. Car services have to pay the toll to get out of the airport, it is far more than a private car pays, and the person who orders the trip traditionally pays.
What I don't understand is why anyone would leave their car seat with the car service. There is more to the story, or you cynics are right and I am Little Mary Sunshine!

On top of all this, it's entirely possible to take a Plymouth and Brockton Bus from the airport to Cape Cod and back. It runs frequently and the cost is not prohibitive. It goes as far as downtown Hyannis and also makes stops at the Park and Rides in Barnstable, Sagamore, and Plymouth, with further connections available beyond Hyannis via CCRTA or Plymouth and Brockton buses.
A little research can do wonders.

Allow me to add more here. For those who want to travel between Boston's Logan Airport and Bourne, Falmouth, or Woods Hole (plus Martha's Vineyard via ferry), there's a Peter Pan/Bonanza bus that makes this trip several times a day.
Again, no need for limo services for such a trip that I can see.

Actually $135 for a sedan from Hyannis to Logan is a good deal. Even adding a tip, tolls, and fuel charge (though it seems as though they could just adjust the rates for fuel). It's at least a one and a half hour trip. I have taken car services to Logan from within Boston and the cost is about half that price.
If someone doesn't want to take the bus, it seems like a good alternative.
