No, I do not recommend that much in so short a time. These Parks are fantastic but you can not see much when you are driving by. Suggest you concentrate on only one Park in this time frame (weekend). May get in some scenic driving also but the Parks are just too lovely to try and rush. Then plan a longer trip to really see more Parks.

You would have plenty of time to do Zion and Bryce and they are both amazing and quite different from one another. Plus the drive between them is also beautiful. Bryce might be a little chilly in April.

Then next day we will drive from Grand Canyon to Zion National Park I quickly read a few remarks that some had stayed at the Desert Pearl, please can you give me some info, we plan to stay there twn nights and then do the 2+ hour drive back to Vegas on Monday in time for flight out.

Please can you tell me what we can expect to see at Zion, and what should we make sure that we see

Thanks so mch for your help Valerie in Australia

Someone's suggestion about the north rim Grand Canyon, might make more sense with seeing Zion & Bryce. Check into that.

I highly recommend (prefer) Zion & Bryce.

We recently returned from 12 days in the SW - 2 days in Flagstaff/Sedona, 2 days in Lake Powell, 3 days at GC, 2 at Bryce, 2 at Zion, and 1 at Las Vegas. I know you are coming from Australia and want to see as much as possible, but I agree that you would only be looking out of your car windows if you even tried to see everything you want to. You don't mention if the trip is all adults who want to mainly sightsee vs. hike or includes children to keep involved in activities. The GC is so spectacular that you could easily spend the entire time there. We really enjoyed Sedona also - driving through Oak Creek Canyon, hot air balloon ride, off road jeep, etc. Zion and Bryce are wonderful, but it's a lot of driving to get to Zion from the southrim of the GC. Have you considered decreasing your time in Las Vegas and have at least 2 days at the GC and maybe 2 days at Zion? With your tight schedule, I recommend you stay in the parks. We had a great rimside cabin at Bright Angel Lodge at the GC and another cabin in Zion NP. Maybe you should skip the GC - Boo Hoo - and concentrate on Zion and Bryce. Good luck w/ these decisions.
