Wish I'd seen this before I went to Target! I love having pairs of cheap reading glasses tucked in my purse, in the car, by the bed, etc. My eye doctor says there's absolutely no problem with "drugstore" glasses as long as I get regular check ups. And I find that with reading glasses, because you're constantly taking them off and on, it's far too easy to lose an expensive pair. And this is one more post ttt to move down the offending one!

I have a pair for distance, a pair for computer, and to read, maps included, I take the glasses off. I wonder how people wearing contacts manage all 3! And after Lasik, are your eyes flexible enough for distance and reading?

Re FainaAgain: It depends on the kind of Lasik you have - when I had mine done there were options for having one eye done for nearsighted viewing and one for farsighted, but my poor pea brain couldn't handle that one. I went with the norm and love it, but have reading glasses all over the house and work.
