Calling all San Francisco bargain shoppers!

I'm leaving for SF Thursday, and I am looking for suggestions for places to shop for deco for my new classroom. I want a multi-cultural atmosphere and whatever I buy must hang from the walls or ceiling. Chinatown for a large paper dragon is about all I can come up with. Any suggestions?

OK. Looking back at my original post it sounds like a no brainer. I suppose I meant if there are any shops in particular that stand out, please let me know. Thanks!

Of course you can buy a pinata on Mission street, but then you'll have to watch it or the kids will break it to get the candy out!

You can also buy a kite, maybe Maritime museum - Hyde street pier area? Somebody here should know better where kites are sold.

There is a huge Cost Plus World Market near the wharf area (if I remember correctly). They have tons of ethnic stuff for cheap.
