Try Sterling Vineyards. Tram to top has great view of valley. Also try Clos Pegas which is across the street. Very different "artsy" and great caves. Wine is spectacular! It is not on the "tour" list but call the day before and I think they do tours every half hour 10-2. I'd skip the mud baths and go for just a massage at the hot springs.

Calistoga Spa on washington st.is the best we found.
If you haven't done the mud then I think its a must.
go for the works,its a nice clean place and has great out door pools and steam included in the price of your room which also has kitchenetts.Walking distance to resturantsWe try to make at least once a year..
