I would imagine that statistically more hotel fires are started by people smoking and burning candles... possibly even in-room coffee makers and irons.
I am always a little worried about the drunk, smoking at the bar that is headed back to his room.
I am not really concerned that a parent that cares so much about food and food quality would burn down the place with an portable electric burner.

Between this thread and the other recent thread about the bottled water for formula, I wonder how the human race has survived for so many thousands of years.
