Breezewood, PA pike 2 bike info needed

Any updated info from those who live near there? The website Pike2bike seems to not be updated much. Is this going to be one of those projects that will take another 5 years to complete? I was hopeing to rent a bike in Breezewood and ride the trail this summer (looks like it will be 'unoficially'). Any updated information from the locals would be helpful.

I tried going to the Southwest Alleghenies Conservancy website, who owns the land, and thier website was out. So it seems there is little information out there.
