A few unrelated thoughts.
A trip to Difara will take up much time just to catch a few slcies of pizza. There is little else to see and do in that neighborhood.
I would also skip Sevilla and go to Xunta, Tia Pol, or Bar Carerra. They are all excellent tapas places.
Instead of going to Grom twice try Il Laboratorio de Gelato.
The name of thread reminded me of a story. I was walking through the East Village and a guy who had too much 1960's stopped me and asked, "You got any brains. man?"
When I replied, "What would you do with them?" he seemed confused.
