Boston - using the "T"

I've been online on their website - thought I understood it . Now I'm confused. Can you please help me get from the Marriott Long Wharf to the Sam Adams Brewery? I believe the orange and blue lines are involved. Not sure if they are above or below ground.

Thank you!!!!

From the Marriott, walk over to the Aquarium (Blue Line) T stop, and take the inbound train 1 stop to State. (Alternatively, you could walk up State St about 5 minutes to the State T station.)

At State, change to the Orange Line, taking a train in the direction of Forest Hills. Get off the train at Stony Brook station and walk to the Brewery. Probably a good idea to print out a map or write down directions from the Stony Brook station to the brewery.

If it's a Friday or Saturday, I'd stroll thru Haymarket which is a bit of a scene, and pick up the orange line over there.
