Boston in winter?

I thought I would update this, and say that my D did look into Suffolk in Boston, as well as a few others there, and in Minneapolis and Chicago... and she decided she did NOT want to go to college in a big city. Thought it would be too distracting and not the "traditional college experience" of going away to a smaller "college town", etc.
(I also didn't think Suffolk was good for liberal arts, after more research into it..)
She also has decided to stay in the Midwest, within 8 hours of home. She has visited several schools and will apply soon.

Thanks for getting back to us on this. It is nice to know how things are turning out.
There is no substitute for visiting campuses, though that is the beginning rather than the end of the due diligence process.
