Boston in April
Coming to Boston in April for a Red Sox/Yankees game. Have never been to the city...I need suggestions on where to stay. I know it is likely to still be cold, but I'd like to be within walking distance to some nice restaurants and shopping.

Boston is beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. There many hotels to choose from. If you are looking to stay right in town and don't mind paying the high prices, the waterfront (Marriot on Long Wharf) or in The Copley Square area (Marriot, and many more) are great locations. For a little less, you can stay in Cambridge (Kendall Square) or in Kenmore Square (this is the T-stop, Green Line to Fenway Park) or in Brookline (Coolidge Corner). All are accessible by the Green Line or the Red Line on the MBTA.
