Four of us are dining at Boston's L'Espalier on a Saturday in early July. All of us are "out of towners". We would like to take in some (not too frantic) entertainment following dinner - perhaps a jazz club in the general vicinity of the restaurant. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Most people are so happy after leaving L'Espalier that all they want to do is waddle back to the hotel. Slowly.

The Beehive in the South End is an option. Probably about a 20 min walk or so, good for burning off some calories!
