Blue Ground

We reserved an apartment through Blue Ground in Seattle for the second time in 2 years. Though a brilliant business model, today is the second bad experience with checking in. The code given to retrieve our key was wrong and it took 1 1/2 hours for Blue Ground to figure out the key wasn’t even in the box. We were told we have another hour to wait for someone to get the key here. NOT ACCEPTABLE
