Bleachers at Wrigley
Any tips on where to sit in the bleachers? We're going to 2 Cubs/Mets games in May. I know we have to get there early. One is a night game; the other a day game if that makes any difference. We've never been to Wrigley. Susan

Thanks for the warmth tip. Always an issue for me. I am concerned about fans getting maybe too obnoxious. I'm bringing my uncle who is large and we have to sit in the bleachers because he can't fit into the regular seats. I pray no one abuses us about that.

I was just talking to my 15 year old son about your posting. He and his dad go to several Cubs games a year and have been seated in the bleachers a few times. He said as long as you go early and get down front he really doesn't think you'll have a problem. He says the people who sit down front tend to be there to see the game rather than just to get drunk. And he said that even the drunks are usually mean to the players (although, generally, in a "teasing" manner) rather than to other spectators.

I'll definitely head for the lower rows in the bleachers. I'm there to experience Wrigley but we're very interested in the baseball. We would have kept our original infield seats but they couldn't accommodate my uncle so we got put out in the bleachers. Thanks for all your help.
