Black Rock Maui question

Heading for Maui next week and was wondering if they still allow people to jump off the cliff at Black Rock?? Or due to liability concerns is this a thing of the past?

I have not been to Maui for several years now, but it is my guess that if you just walk through the Hotel and up to Black Rock there will be no one up there to stop you unless you try it at sunset.
Good Luck

Dan, we haven't been to Maui in the last month, but we were there last September and visited Black Rock. There were people jumping off the cliff left and right, and I never saw anyone trying to stop them.
