Hi Bigjay:

When did you nail down that $51.00 price. I've been trying to get a 4 star in the French Quarter for 7/17-7/20 for over a week now and have bid up to $65.00.

Regards,

RM

I caught the Marriott this pm for tomrrow night and Sat. night. Actually 2 rooms for two nights. $260.12 with all the highasstaxes. I needed the hotel list because I did not want to bid on the area(CBD) with the La Pavillon(too far from the river).
There is some conventions in town the weekend you are bidding for. I think you'll do fine the next weekend (25th) if you can go then. If not I'm thinking you'll need to get up to $85+ to snag one on your days.
