Best Western in Sedona
We are on our way to Sedona for our son's wedding in Dec. They are getting married at the Golf Resort but I would rather stay in a hotel not a condo. I have heard the Best Western is nice for the money. Would love some advise!!!

I stayed at the BW Inn of Sedona two years ago.
It had just been redone and had the look and feel of a new place.
If you stay there, ask for a room on the third level (it's actually the main level as you drive up from the highway) that backs on the patio with a view of Chimney RocK.
Front door to the parking lot and back door to the patio.

Two years ago we stayed at the Best Western Arroyo Roble in a nicely appointed room that had a balcony and a spectacular view of the red rocks. Breakfast as served in a pleasant room. We were pleased.

I've stayed there a couple years ago and I thought it was the first level instead of the third level..thinking the opposite since the first level is the top and the third is the bottom.
Oh well..decent hotel for the price..great views and we would get the wine and the cheese and crackers and sit out on the open deck..that was hard at first to have it be a communal deck but most are very nice and respectful..it was those second and third deckers that would try and hone in and steal the tables and chairs..
great shuttle service that took us to restaurants so we could have more than one drink and the breakfast bar was decent too.
This was the one in West Sedona on 89A.

If your Best Western in West Sedona, must be a great location, right in the middle of the most beautiful red rocks.
Check Trip Advisor for reviews - I think this BW is not getting the best of them...

Trip Advisor is not the most reliable since most people with great experiences dont jump onto their web site and write spectacular views. Poeple who have had terrible experiences write more frequently. Maybe try expedia's reviews since a guest has had to book at the specific hotel in order to write the review.

another great alternative to the BW is Sedona Rouge resort and spa down the street and has a restaurant and a spa.
rooms are very Kimptonish with great beds and flat screen tv's.

FYI... The Best Western we stayed in off 89a was perfect for what we needed. It was different having a common lanai area. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Van will drive you to up-town. Would stay there again.

we just booked a night for $99 at the BW Sedona and with my $50 coupon from expedia, it came to $59 with tax.
stayed there before and for the views and the shuttle service is a great perk..it was weird for us to share a lanai but everyone was respectful.
we have our dog with us this trip or it would be Enchantment resort at $225 which I have never ever seen it that price..they are extremely strict on animals.
