Can anyone tell me the best websites that would offer information on everything and anything pertaining to New Orleans. Thanks so much.

I usually use www.nolalive.com or www.theneworleanschannel.com or www.wwltv.com. Those have the local news & tv station sites with all sorts of info. Also try http://www.neworleansonline.com/

These should get you started.
