Kitano's on Kauai. Best Ahi Sashimi I ever had. Locals were there mostly, and as tourists, they tried to seat us at one of the grill tables. When we said we were there for Sushi only, their eyes brightened and we were treated warmly. Enjoy

Lot's of fishing out of Kona on the Big Island, some places to buy fish there too. Not sure about the sushi thing though.
