ViceVersa is a good Italian in midtown that has both a cheese and pea ravioli and a seafood ravioli. Several people on this board have mentioned the pumpkin ravioli at Roberto Passon. Not sure if it's seasonal and I've not had it.

Falai is quite good. I believe they still have a squash filled ravioli on their menu--not sure if they changed their menu for spring/summer yet. I was going to look at the menu on Thursday when we walked by, but decided not to as I saw their garden appeared full and kept walking to 1492.

Also it is the restaurant, not the cafe that has pasta. They should have some sort of tortellini that is meatless if no ravioli.
As an aside, 1492 is only noteworthy as it has a garden and super cheap good wine and there are only 2 places in the immediate neighborhood with a garden. This has nothing to do with ravioli--just defending my dining at a subpar restaurant. Their food has improved though since last year (there is no reason to go there unless the weather is nice).

they don't post their menu online and menupages is out of date.
Also, if you are interested in bread, the cafe sells loaves half price after 4pm--it is that day's bread, not stale. I was pleased to learn this when I bought some for a dinner party last month. Some of their cafe staff though leaves something to be desired. Service in the restaurant is good.
