When we were in Maui we went to two luaus. We went to the feast at Lele located in Lahaina. This luau was more intimate, we had our own table. The luau was based more on the fine cuisine than the show(not saying the show was not good). There were four Really good courses, and lots of drink options. This luau is expensive but one of the few that you have your own table and own server. The location was beautiful. It was looking out over the ocean, and we got to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We also went to Royal Lahaina Resort Luau. THis was a more typical luau. It was buffet style and you sat at long tables with lots of people. The show was super fun but it is less intimate (also less expensive). Typical drinks were available but drinks such as pina coladas were a small charge. I had also heard really good things about the Old Lahaina Luau but never got there to experience it. Hope this helps. No matter which luau you pick, you will have a good time.

I believe we went to the Wailea Marriott Luau (the hotel was called something else then) and really enjoyed it. This was a buffet style luau overlooking the ocean and it was a relaxing, fun experience.
