Best City to celebrate a 30th birthday

Thanks all,
Good suggestions but we are looking to go somewhere that we have not been or the people on the trip do not live (which is hard many in the group have been all over the country/world). The people going with be from all great cities so that is why a quandry (DC, New York, Chicago, LA, Austin, Houston). Have been to San Fran, New Olrean, Seattle, Boston, Philly,Vegas, Cancun etc etc and sorry not going to go to Memphis for a 30th). Will check out Montreal, San Juan and also thinking maybe Mexico.
Want a fun place, good nightlife, weather decent to a warm place. Thanks all for suggestions!
