best buffet in vegas??
Going back to Vegas in June and have tried a few buffets there, have not been too impressed so far, Rio has a big variety of food but you feel like you're in a food court at a mall and it doesn't all that good. Tried aladdin's lunch buffet- which was pretty good but does anyone have any recommendations for the best tasting buffett with good quality food?
THANKS!

I like the Excalibur buffet. For 10.69 plus tip you actually get ok food. It certainly isn't the BEST or high class dining but I like the selection....and all the shrimp you can eat!!! Also Excalibur has lots of kids so I can butt in front of them in line and/or arm wrestle them to get that last dessert. Also, it just occured to me that one of the best eats I ever had in Vegas was the time we walked down from one end of the strip to the other on a hot day. Stopping in casino after casio. At every casino we got a free drink. Finally (at around 10:30 @ night) it occured to us that we had not eaten since breakfast and lots of buffets close at 10:00...all except one...THE SURF N TURF BUFFET at the HOLIDAY INN on the Boardwalk....open 24/7. Maybe it was all the booze or the sheer starvation or that the people we were with were so much fun but that buffet ,for 6.99 was the best feedin I had in a long time!!!

Hello, Just returned from vegas where we ate at several buffets. All were comped with the exception of the Aladdin Spice Market dinner buffet - the Aladdin was by far the best, lots of choices and great tasting. about $22 for dinner. We ate at the Bellagio weekend champagne dinner buffet and was glad it was free because if I paid the $32 I would have been very disappointed. The place is noisy and the food was nothing special. Good desserts but very limited selection. Ate at MGM Grand for breakfast - good - and dinner - OK. Mirage buffet had a nice selection for dinner and the food was good but nothing to rave about. Skip the Treasure Island buffets. Very small, limited selections and bad layout.

we just returned and LOVED the ballagio, I can't imagine why the person above didn't like it. Every kind of fish, beef wellinton, etc.,The best 32.00 we ever spent. My next 2 choices are Paris, and the alladin. Breakfast at Paris was great too.......Bon Appetit

You know that the Imperial Palace has a great buffet. We thought to go back to the Montecarlo one, but when we did and walked so far to eat there, we were disappointed. We should have just gone back to the Palace. Ballagio was very good also, but expensive.
