Best $75 dinner/atmosphere in Vegas?
Going to Vegas (Mandalay Bay)for 4 nights as part of 2 week trip to Nat'l Parks. Wondering if there are great restaurants with cool atmosphere, great food, views and crowd - VALUE - for $75 or so per dinner for 2 with a few drinks? We have to try and keep dinner at about this price per night with our budget. Willing to go higher if a place is a "MUST"!
We are in our early 30s, love Italian, sushi and ethnic.
Mandalay Bay? Venetian? Palms? Ideas?
THANK YOU!

Every casino has something to offer. I have had good reasonably priced Italian food at Orleans and a good Mexican meal at the Rio. Not sure if either of these places are still open, things change quick.
Try looking at some of the Vegas specific sites for current restaurant reviews. Any search engine will get it for you.

The Palms might work for you. There's 2 restaurants in there I'd recommend- Garduno's (Mexican) and Little Buddha (sushi/chinese). You should be able to hit your target price in either one. Both restaurants have a great atmosphere- Little Buddha is more trendy and dressy, where Garduno's is more laid back and casual. The Palms is a good place for celebrity sightings, but neither restaurant has a good city view.
Mon Ami Gabi at Paris has gotten some good feedback- you might try a search. I've never eaten there myself, but I believe it's in the right price range, and the food has gotten good reviews from our fellow Fodorites. The restaurant has patio seating on the strip, right across from the Bellagio. I've always wanted to get one of those tables and just watch the world go by for a while. Hope this helps!
