My husband & I will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary this June. We aren't quite sure where to go. We live in Utah and want to go someplace with a beautiful beach that's romantic, but want something somewhat reasonable in price. We've been to San Diego, San Francisco & northern California, Oregon coast, & Cancun. We want someplace we haven't been. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

How about checking flight costs to Savannah or Charleston?Both cities have great romantic reataurants and nearby Hilton Head Island,Kiaweh, Isle of Palms, etc all have world-class beaches.

French Polynesia? Fiji? Cook Islands?

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico? Specifically the El Tamarindo Resort south of PV, or the Four Seasons Punta Mita, or more reasonably priced, right in PV, the Dreams Resort is on a lovely little stretch of beach...

I am going to second Cheapbutnice's recommendation of Charleston. It is such a beautiful, romantic city and is near some nice beaches. Charleston has good shopping, excellent restaurants, lots of historic buildings to explore....If you could find reasonable airfare, that would be my choice.
