Bellagio and Rita

My wife and I have regular room reservations at Bellagio next week. We also have tickets to see Rita Rudner the first night we are there. We are only staying two nights and I am thinking of dinner at Bellagio's Prime Steakhouse the second night. We won't have a car and plan on taking taxis to and from the airport and to visit downtown during the day. Any ideas on other things we might do or restaurants to go to in the short time we are there. It seems that tickets to the big shows are sold out or priced completely out of line. We were in Vegas a few years ago for a couple of days and have seen a few of the sights.

I don't eat Chinese food much, but P.F. Changs at the Aladdin is truly wonderful! Reasonable also.

Las Vegas has become a very solid destination for good dining over the past 7-10 years.
There are almost 100 PF Chang's in the USA, 60 Cheesecake Factories, etc etc.
Why not try something you can't get at home?
There are some very interesting and unique restaurants in LV. Many of the best are right at Bellagio.
Consider Olive's, Circo, Aqua and Le Cirque. Mandalay Bay has Aureole and 3950, Mirage has Renoir and Onda, Hard Rock has Nobu, Venetian has the Delmonico Steakhouse and Postrio. The list goes on and on.
And yes, if you live in San Francisco or NYC or LA you can eat at a few of these places "at home", but they're not like Taco Bells, available in every city in America.
There are also many good restaurants outside the casinos.

Definitely TRY LE CIRQUE in the Bellagio--and not PRIME-- Prime is a chain and Le Cirque is an off-shoot of Le Cirque from NYC-- and the FOOD is to die for...

Let the concierge make the reservation for you....It is a definite MUST when in Vegas!!
