Beachfront w/Tiki Bar on Oahu?

My husband didn't think he was asking for much when he said "All I want is a beachfront cottage - on the sand or in the water would be perfect - with a tiki bar!". We will be there for one week and already know how we will spend our days. It's the room that has been difficult to find! Plesae help.

Don't know offhand that fits your description.

Lots of Oahu info:

Well there's nothing in Waikiki that fits that description, so you can cross that off your list, which will lessen places to look at.

Beachfront cottage in Hawaii is $$$$. Some hotels have villas or luxury bungalows, but wow, are they pricey. If you really want something special:

A few years ago, we drove the H2 to the north shore of Oahu and then headed East around the island on the way back to Honolulu. I was pretty surprised that I didn't see any bars/restaurants along the route where you could sit out on an open deck, overlooking the ocean, having lunch, and sipping on a MaiTai. Are there any such places, and I just missed them?

100 ft to the beach, but it has a tiki bar, and the view and pupus are delicious - Resort Quest Waikiki Beach Hotel, on Kuhio Beach.
If you want beachfront, you need to go to Maui - Kaanapali Beach Hotel, Hotel Hana Maui, Resort Quest Papa kea

I *think* they want the tiki bar in their OWN cottage, not as part of a hotel??

Try a1vacations.com. We always get great prices on private cottages, even near beach. For the bar, head to Waikiki.
