Look at South Yarmouth, Dennis on Nantucket Sound.
FYI: You have tagged this as a trip report. See if Fodor's will remove that tag for you.

Have you decided on a town or area of the Cape you'd like to be in? Do you have a preferred lodging style - full-service resort, small hotel, rental home or condo, etc.? And what about price range, is that an issue?

The more info you can give us about what you're looking for, the better we'll be able to help you!

It's best if you have a transient home and from there you can decide on what area in Cape Cod you will stay.

If you can go a week later you'll find better availability. Three weeks later better availability and 25% less $$$.

Our timeshare is on the beach in Falmouth, Beachside Village. They also rent out as a hotel/motel. We have been going there for many years back to the days before they converted it to timeshares. Falmouth is a pretty town and has the advantage of having 2 different ferry lines that go to Martha's Vineyard if you want to do a day trip. If you have any curiosity, here is the part of the website that shows photos of the place.

PS If by beachfront, you mean walk out of your room onto the beach, I should clarify that you have to cross the street in front of the resort to get to the beach but the beach is right there.

We stayed at the Crow's Nest Resort http://caperesort.com/ for a couple of nights last spring. It is convenient to Provincetown. They pack a lot into those rooms for the money. They are on the bay, however, not the ocean, and there is not really much of a beach. I think you'll be able to tell if it's what you're looking for from the website. We would certainly go back.
