The two sides have been meeting without any fanfare or public comments. Just keep your fingers crossed!

So... looks like we won't be seeing Curtains next week.
Any off-Broadway recommendations? Anybody seen Frankenstein (not the musical comedy Young Frankenstein)?
Also, we have dinner recs for Osteria del Circo... good choice for family wanting casual chic? Thanks in advance for any "insider info."

I'm back and LOVED Circo and a little pizza place called Cafe Rustico.

However, I didn't realize that Young Frankenstein was NOT affected by the strike. I thought all the Broadway shows were closed. UGH! What an error. Still had a nice day, but I wish we had gotten tickets to see YF! So please be advised the following are open:

Unaffected by the walkout: "The Grinch," "Pygmalion," "The Ritz," "Mauritius," "Cymbeline," "Young Frankenstein," "Mary Poppins," "Xanadu" and "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee." All off-Broadway productions are open, too.

Just thought it would be helpful to others to post these details.

Yes, but not due to strike or even lack of business. It was a limited engagement and closed as originally scheduled yesterday.
