I'd say eight to ten feet tall,with a diameter of about twelve feet.It would almost fit in a one car garage.

Believe it or not but a city in Iowa claims they now have the largest ball of twine.

The Cawker Citians claim the largest ball of"sissel" twine, whatever that means. The Automobile Club supports their claim.

That was a "stunt" ball of twine. The Cawlker City ball is right downtown, not out in a field,as depicted in the film.
