I have heard wonderful things about the Sea Quest and also Heceta Lighthouse B&B. Heceta Lighthouse B&B has been featured in Sunset, Gourmet Magazine and the NYT. I think their 7 course breakfast is a big attraction here!

I haven't stayed in these places, tho. If you want a great casual meal, we have enjoyed lunch at Leroy's Blue Whale. Have fun! ***kim***

Try the SeeVue - inexpensive but very well situated along the Oregon coast.

I liked the room, the Crow's Nest, the best.

Check out their website.

Hi Kimamom and Easy Traveler, Thanks for your suggestions. I did call the Sea Quest and found they are no longer in business. The Heceta sounded wonderful but a little more than what I wanted to pay. The See Vue looked quaint but we decided to be closer to town where some of our family members have rented homes. We made a reservation at Burds Nest Inn. I think we made the right decision.
Thank you again for your help and Happy Travels!
Carole

It's not a b&b but the Overleaf was reasonable and had great views.

I'd rather stay at the Overleaf than
Birdsnest- great views/ paved walking path along the beach/ can walk to the Adobe where they have a nice restaurant/at night in summer they build fires and have marshmallow roasts/ you can hear the roar of the ocean all night - we loved it!!

We liked the Overleaf too. Room rates include a pretty good breakfast. Excellent ocean views, but only a few rooms have balconies.
