Atlanta: Ritz-Carlton Buckhead vs. Embassy Suites Centennial Park
Hi all--
I'm planning a short trip to Atlanta for my family of 5, and I'd appreciate some advice on which hotel to choose. My husband is a federal employee, which allows us a government rate at most hotels. We can stay in a "deluxe" room at the RC Buckhead for $124/night(!) or at the ES in a suite with a view of Centennial Park for $144, which includes breakfast and evening manager's reception.
My kids are 9, 7, and 3, and we'll be hitting the aquarium, the puppetry arts center, and IKEA. We're driving down from North Carolina, so we'll have our car. I'd appreciate any advice you have to offer. Thanks in advance!

Although the Ritz would be wonderful for you and your husband, I think you would be happier with the Embassy Suites since you will have your children with you. They will have an indoor pool and the breakfast. They will also have the livingroom/seperate bedroom arrangement, which is also nice when traveling with children.
