Our daughter goes to SOU in Ashland and is very involved in the theatre as a technical theatre major. She always tries to get us to the Cabaret but we never seem to find the time. LOVE the Plaza, however if there in summer and want to cool off in a pool would not have the option. We've grown to love the town since becoming quite familiar with it the last three years.

Not too many places have pools in Ashalnd which is surprising as it gets very HOT there in the summer.
ASH doesn't even have a jacuzzi, and I don't think any of their rooms have the spa tubs, either but I sure do love that hotel. www.ashlandspringshotel.com for those who are interested in this property.
The Hawthorne Inns & Suites has a small indoor pool, we stayed there a couple of years ago before visiting Crater Lake.
Once we even got a room at the ASH for $59/night. It was a suite on the fifth floor, very roomy offered only for frequent guests. They also used to have a half off special for preferred guests, but have done away with that as of last year. Both places are very nice with a nice location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. ***kim***
