I just go back from Philadelphia, MS, yes MS not PA. They have built a casino right in the middle of the country. The hotel is nice and the casinos aren't too crowded. If you don't mind heading south, then check it out. I liked it a lot better than Biloxi, MS because the surroundings are a lot nicer. Good Luck!

If you LOVE to gamble and blackjacks your game,,the BEST place IMHO is SIN City!!! Fabulous Las Vegas!!.The adult disneyland,,,,you can pretty much choose your game..single deck, double deck,,shoe..surrender, you want the best game just look around..downtown has the best rules, but I just cant seem to get off the strip..to much action...how much have I won?? Well,
was at Treasure island over super bowl sunday..they were beating me up pretty bad, was down to my last $700.00, so said what the !@#$...only 4 hours till we had to leave , so I went to a $100.00 table and went for it...cashed in 12 grand..now they want it back, so leaving next Tue. for a freebee on them.. I agree that Las Vegas is the only place to go. The is no oter palce that begins to compare with it. I do disagree that downtown has the best rules. You will find single deck games downtown but you pay a price for them. In the majority of the single deck games downtown, the dealer stands on a soft 17 which is to the casino's advantage.

Well Ally, you didn't say whether you were willing to go to the eastern or western us, but since your question got posted in the Massachusetts section, let me tell you about two casinos in our neighboring state, Connecticut. One is called Foxwoods, and is billed as the largest casino in the world (hard to believe that it's larger than anything in Vegas, but that's what their ads say!!). The other one is called Mohegan Sun. Both are run by Native American tribes, but Mohegan is smaller and attempts to depict an indoor Native Indian motif (it's less glitzy and Vegas-y). Mohegan also has a great concert venue which has free nightly music shows featuring national acts.
