Anyone used Pleasant Holidays for Hawaii?

We are planning a trip in May 2011 for Oahu & Kauai. I checked online with Pleasant Holidays for the hotels, car rental & flight between islands.(Flight there & back on points) Their price looked pretty good with trip insurance also.
Anybody had experience with them?
Thanks, Karen

We did a similar trip years ago and it was fine. Both hotels were okay and well located. We got everything they promised. Hope someone who has booked with them more recently will respond, but based on our experience years ago I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They've been in business for a long time, for good reason. If you're looking for one stop travel shopping they are great. That's not my style, but I used them once years ago and to this day they remain a very reputable company for that type of package travel.

My parents used them (successfully) through AAA to book a 10 person family reunion trip to Maui. It was fine.

This was 10 yrs ago or so, but we used them several times for our first trips to Maui. Their package prices were much better than doing everything separately and we got everything we were promised. My favorite travel agent still highly recommends them.

For what it's worth, we also went through Apple Vacations once or twice and they also have reliable, reasonably priced Hawaii trips. I think you'd do fine with either company.

Pleasant Holidays is one of the largest tour operators in Hawaii and has a long history.

Thanks for all the replies. They seemed to be cheaper than what I could do pricing out individually. This will be our 30th anniversary trip so I want it to be special!
