Tijuana.
El Centro CA.
Blythe CA.
Yuma AZ.
Laughlin NV.
Lake Havasu AZ.
All pretty sad little burgs, but sunny and cheap.
If you want warm beach weather you'll need to head to either Mexico or south Florida. Cheap Cabo San Lucas packages can sometimes be found, but they're not always the best hotels.

Sure,
Check out Our Lucaya in Freeport. Not much to do there, but beach is fantastic and the resort is new.
Sale on now for under $180/night. I've stayed there several times just to get away.
Flights out of Miami every hour for appr. $90.00 on American.

Yes I did. There was a sign "winter specials" and it brought them up. Maybe it is gone now. It was there a week or so ago. Departure city for me was Philly, or Newark, or JFK. If interested I would still call a TA even if the screen option is gone. They are out by now.
