Anna,
Marilyn's reference to Sea Biscuit Cafe is on Isle of Palms.
The Thurs. before Easter the Post & Courier always includes a listing of the Easter brunches in the Preview section. To see it, check out:
www.charleston.net
Look up the Dining section and do a search on Easter brunch. Hopefully, this will turn up something.
If you want to post directly to me, I'd be happy to give you more feedback.

Hands down favorite: The Barbados Room at the Mills House Hotel on Meeting Street. (Hell, half of Charleston will be there, so I hope you get this message soon enough.)
Seriously, this is a perfect place for an Easter brunch and there is something for everyone on the lavish buffet. Not to mention the lovely atmosphere and the sweet sounds of a grand piano.
I've done Easter in Charleston many times (don't miss seeing the sunrise if you happen to be staying on the Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island) and the Mills House Sunday Brunch has never let me down.
