Andaz Miami Beach
Anyone with more specific opening day than 'Late 2024' found on many searches? One- Cvent- mentions November. Do hotels often do soft openings, or is that only open to travel trade?

I'm no Hyatt expert -- but on the applicable forum on FlyerTalk they are assuming there isn't a chance in 'heck' the Andaz will be ready by December. They are supposing sometime in the Spring.

Got an email back from hotel. Said last few days of December, but construction delays could push that back into January.

And that most likely will be pushed back even further. They initially said it would open in September . . . They probably have no idea really.
