5 night split for Girdwood/Seward
How would you split 5 nights between Girdwood and Seward?
In Girdwood we plan on taking the tram up Mt. Alyeska, possibly doing a glacier landing/dog sledding tour, Wildlife Conservation Center, maybe some horseback riding...
In Seward we plan on taking a Kenai fjords day cruise, a hike to Exit Glacier and the SeaLife Center.
So...would you do 3 nights in Girdwood or 3 nights in Seward?

Out of Girdwood, I would also include a Prince William sound boat tour out of Whittier.
You have a lot of time here. I give the edge to an extra night in Seward, just because there are probably more activities and certainly more services.

It depends ... if you're in Girdwood the same time as the Forest Fair I would plan on a day enjoying the crafts and music. Keep in mind that you can spend a whole day just going between Girdwood and Seward even though they are pretty close together. Check to see if Hobo Jim still plays at the Yukon Bar in Seward on Sunday nights. He's does some funny songs as well as ballards about Alaska.
