4 days in Alaska
Hi,
2 friends and I are arriving in anchorage on the 20th May and leave the 24th May 2013. I have organised a motor home for the duration of our stay but would really like some ideas on what we should do on our limited time. We are all from New Zealand so anything to do with seeing different animals and scenery would be great .

Be aware that the road into Denali will only be open part way although the busses are supposed to start running on May 20. If you do decide to head there, keep an eye out for the weather and if it deteriorates, change your plans.

On the drive down to Seward along Turnagain Arm, stop in Girdwood at the Alyeska Resort. The Mt. Alyeska tram has wonderful views from the top. http://www.alyeskaresort.com/mountai...rial-tram.aspx
You can also stop briefly at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center which is just off the main highway. http://www.alaskawildlife.org/

I agree with Orlando. I'm not sure how expensive New Zealand is but from an American stand point Alaska is very expensive. Perhaps you need to budget a little more money than you think you might need.
Good luck and have fun in Alaska!
