Sorry, Twang, but you've been inhaling the fumes at KU Med a little too long. Kansas is not a BAD place, you're right. But c'mon, I currently live in KC and Kansas is on no one's list of places to visit for a short no restrictions vacation.
BTW, my votes are for SF, Seattle/Vancouver and New England.
Las Vegas is fun and all, but use your ticket for somewhere a little more out of the way or exotic...you can visit LV cheaply from virtually anywhere during non-peak times.
Lots of people on this site love it, but I must vote a big thumbs down on NO...just don't like the grime, urine smell in the streets, drunken sailor atmosphere on Bourbon Street, and I think the food is generally too greasy and overrated.
Charlotte is too whitebread-without-jam to be worth a voucher ticket.
