2 girls in Central Cali
Hello
I am in LA and I have a friend in SF and we want to meet somewhere in the middle. We would like somewhere that has some inspiring nature and vistas AND some fun nightlife.
Any suggestions?
Thanks so much in advance!

Monterey would be a good choice. It would be a bit more of a drive for you than your friend, but if you take Hwy 101 rather than Hwy 1, it wont be bad. Pacific Grove has a great walking path along the water with some great views and Point Lobos is just south of Carmel and definitely has some inspiring nature and vistas. Monterey has some decent bars and clubs.
San Luis Obispo would be good, although it is not right on the ocean it has some good nightlife since it is a college town. Pismo Beach is close by, which is a fun town. Morro Bay is also pretty close. Cambria is a bit further and it really pretty, but not so great for night life.

Remember to stop in 'frisco for a few days when you're in Cali! O
We're doing a Cent Cal tour very soon.
Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, San Simeon, Cambria, Pismo then home thru Paso Robles Wine country.
Our first real "car vacation" in over 12 yrs.
The "vistas" around Big Sur can be awe inspiring.
You think of doing the "Sideways Tour" of the SB area?
As for fun nightlife...ask someone who can stay awake after 9:00pm!
