14 Day Itinerary for Alaska in an RV
We are flying into Anchorage and plan to travel to Denali, Homer, Seward, Can we get to Juneau in a Ferry? We Would like to see the Fjords, Glaciers, lots of wildlife, hiking fishing. We want to do it all! From Denali, Should we go North first or South?

Go north to Denali first. It's a long drive with not much to see but you can stop/detour to Independence Mine and Talkeetna. Make sure you have everything you need before you drive past Wasilla because you can't buy many things like groceries even in Talkeetna.
The drive south from Anchorage to Seward is very beautiful. Homer on the other side is a pleasant drive. Soldotna and Kenai are good size towns with major shopping. Another place to re-stock if you didn't in Anchorage. You only have 14 days. You don't need to go to Juneau as well. Plenty of hiking and fishing on the Kenai Peninsula.

When will this take place, and have you priced out ordinary car + hotels v. the RV? The RV can limit your range in terms of side roads, excursions etc.
Juneau is in an entirely different region from southcentral Alaska, and even if the RV company allowed you to take the RV on the (infrequent) ferry from Whittier to Juneau, the cost would be in the thousands of dollars.

If time permits definitely include Valdez in your itinerary. For getting to know details around that place and pictures, you may find this trip report useful.

"We are flying into Anchorage and plan to travel to Denali, Homer, Seward, Can we get to Juneau in a Ferry?"
- with 14 days, you really don't have time to include a ferry trip to Juneau
"We want to do it all!"
- again... with 14 days, you don't have enough time to do it all
"From Anchorage, Should we go North first or South?"
- depends on when your trip is. When is your trip?
Here's a primer I frequently copy & paste for AK trips:
AK's big, and a traveler cannot do it all. A typical 7 day AK trip usually involves flying in/out of Anchorage; traveling as far south as Seward, north to Denali, and hitting a few spots in between. As you add nights, then you can add new areas to visit. Anchorage is great, but the rest of AK is even better.
- AK's full of wonderful communities/areas where you can be exposed to some really cool AK experiences. Here's a list of some of these areas and in parenthesis I've listed my suggestion for minimum number of nights in each. It is important to research an area to make sure it has sites/activities that are of interest to you:
Denali (3)
Seward (2)
Fairbanks (1-2)
Homer(2)
Valdez (2)
Girdwood/Portage/Whittier (1-2)
Matanuska Glacier (1)
Talkeetna (0.5-1)

- I disagree.... There's a wonderful grocery store where the Parks Hwy meets the Talkeetna Spur Rd (approx. mile 100) called Cubbies. Though it will have slightly higher prices than Anchorage and Wasilla, it's a very good grocery store (with a great deli).
