Virgin Atlantic Amentities for Economy
We are going from IAD to LHR on June 18th. We was wondering what kind of dinner and breakfast would be provided in economy? Also do they give you blankets and pillows or do they charge? Also I am 5' 2" small frame female - will I be uncomfortable in the seats? We leave Dulles at 6:40 pm and arrive at Heathrow at 7:05 am so I do plan on sleeping.
Thanks
Stacy

Hi Stacy,
All of our passengers are treated to complimentary dishes and beverages throughout the entire flight. For breakfast you will be able to enjoy a selection of cereals; croissant with a variety of jams to choose from, or a cranberry or orange breakfast bread. Our dinner service offers passengers a choice of three dishes. The options may include 'Chicken with a Creamy Mushroom Sauce', 'Beef with a Port Wine Demi-Glace' or 'Cheese Tortellini'. A vegetarian dish is always offered.
In addition, every passenger receives a complimentary blanket and pillow, along with an amenity kit filled with travel necessities. So with dinner complete, a cosy pillow and blanket and plenty of room, you should get a good night's rest.
Enjoy the flight,
Paul Charles
